The Little Guide to Overcoming Procrastination, Perfectionism and Blocks

provides an overview of the nature and causes of procrastination, and techniques for overcoming it. Note: This ebook was written in 1994 as a section of The Lifelong Activist and published in 1996. Tens of thousands of people have downloaded it, and it contains a lot of useful information, but it doesn’t contain my latest thinking on the topics of procrastination and perfectionism, and is also far from comprehensive. Download it if you wish, but if you really want to understand the roots of underproductivity and solve the problem you should check out The Seven Secrets of the Prolific.
